Defects and Issues:
If your e-bike exhibits any defects or issues, we will make it right. Our commitment is to promptly address any concerns by shipping you replacement parts or taking the necessary steps to ensure your e-bike meets our high-quality standards.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day window. They will guide you through the return process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
For returns unrelated to defects, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, restocking, and preparing the product for resale. We believe in transparency and want you to be aware of this fee upfront.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time, and note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
